Return and Exchange

What is the MOVE. return policy?

You have 14 days to return an item. This means you have 14 days from when you receive your item to create a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Personalised items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, unless there is a problem with the personalisation of the product.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

All returns MUST be sent within 14 days. A full refund will not be guaranteed after this time.

 

How do I return an item?

To return an item, fill out the return section http://wearemove.returnscenter.com and post it back to the specified address. Please ensure when you are returning the product, that your name, order number and RMA# is visible.

 

How long will it take to process my refund?

We will notify you once your payment is being processed. It could take up to 3-5 working days for your refund to process back into your account. Refunds will be made via the same payment method that was used when ordering.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we cannot directly exchange item(s) at present. It you require another size, or desire another colour, please return the item to us with the provided address and repurchase your desired item with the refunded money.


Order Issues

I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item.

If there is a problem with the item you have received, please contact our customer service team, at customerservices@wearemove.ie, explaining the issue with your item(s), as well as pictures as proof. From here, a member of our customer service team can facilitate you.

 

I have received an incorrect item in my order, what should I do?

If one or more of the items, you have received is not what you ordered please return the item(s) and we will process a refund.

Please contact our customer service team at customerservices@wearemove.ie regarding this issue and a discount code will be issued to compensate for this inconvenience.

 

Products and Sizing

Can you recommend a size?

Our MOVE jumpers are a snug fit and are true to size. If you prefer your jumper to be an oversized fit, we recommend you size up from your normal size.

Please note that in some of our ranges, the jumpers are designed as oversize. Therefore, should be ordered in a size up from your normal size. Please check all product descriptions for sizing specifications.

 

Delivery

Can I track delivery on my item?

Once you have ordered your item, a tracking number will be sent from the courier service delivering your item.  If you are unable to track your item, please feel free to contact customerservice@wearemove.ie
